Ordering & Customization
How do I place an order? You can browse our designs on the website and note the product code. To place an order, contact us via WhatsApp at +92 331 4081331 with your chosen design and personalization details (names, dates, etc.).
Can I change the colors or flowers on a design? Yes! We specialize in custom work. Whether you want to swap a rose motif for a different floral pattern or change the background color to match your event theme, our design team can accommodate your requests.
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? To maintain our high standards of custom printing, our standard minimum order is 50 pieces. However, for certain luxury items, the MOQ may vary. Please contact us for specific product details.
Will I see a proof before my boxes are printed? Absolutely. We provide a digital mockup for every order. We only proceed to the printing stage once you have officially approved the design, spelling, and layout.
Production & Shipping
How long does it take to complete an order? Standard production time is 5 to 7 business days after the design is approved and the advance payment is received. For very large orders or complex foiling, it may take slightly longer.
Do you deliver across Pakistan? Yes, we ship to all major cities including Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Multan, and Faisalabad. We ensure all boxes are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
Can I pick up my order in person? Yes. If you are based in Lahore, you can visit our office in Gulberg III to collect your order once it is ready.
Payments & Policies
What are your payment terms? We require a 50% advance payment to start the design and production process. The remaining balance is due when the order is ready for dispatch or collection.
Can I cancel or return my order? Because our products are personalized with your specific names and event details, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once the printing process has begun. We strongly encourage you to review your digital proofs carefully.
Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we primarily serve customers within Pakistan. However, for bulk international inquiries, please contact us directly to discuss shipping logistics and costs.
Technical Details
What kind of paper do you use? We use premium quality cardstock ranging from 250gsm to 350gsm, depending on the box structure. Options include matte, glossy, textured, and metallic finishes.
Do you provide the sweets/fillings for the boxes? We specialize exclusively in premium packaging and printing. Our boxes are delivered empty, ready for you to fill with the treats or favors of your choice.
