1. Shipping Policy
We deliver our custom boxes and stationery to all major cities across Pakistan, including Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Multan.
- Processing Time: Since every order is custom-made, production begins only after design approval and receipt of the 50% advance payment.
- Standard Orders: 5–7 business days.
- Bulk/Luxury Orders: 7–10 business days (depending on finishes like gold foiling or die-cutting).
- Delivery Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination city. These will be confirmed with you during the final quote.
- Transit Times: * Lahore: 1–2 business days.
- Other Cities: 2–4 business days via reputable courier services.
- Packaging: All boxes are shipped flat (unless otherwise specified) and are securely packed in heavy-duty outer cartons to prevent any bending or moisture damage during transit.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Production: You may cancel your order at any time before you approve the final digital proof.
- After Approval: Once the digital proof is approved and the printing process begins, cancellations are not possible, as the materials have already been dedicated to your specific personalized design.
3. Returns & Exchange Policy
Due to the highly personalized nature of our products (featuring specific names, dates, and custom motifs), we follow a strict return policy:
- Personalized Items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been custom-printed with your specific details unless there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error that deviates from the approved digital proof.
- Damaged Goods: While we pack our items with extreme care, if your order arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please provide photos and videos of the damaged packaging and products.
- We will evaluate the claim and, if verified, provide replacements for the damaged units at no extra cost.
- Proofing Error: We are not responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect dates that were present in the digital proof approved by the customer. We strongly urge you to double-check all text during the mockup stage.
