• Choose a design that fits your theme (such as our Chinoiserie florals or Acanthus leaf scrolls).
• Note the Product Code (e.g., FB-01) for the items you love.

Step 2: Share Your Personalization Details

Once you have selected a product, contact us via WhatsApp or our Order Form with the following information:

• Event Details: Names, date, and any specific religious or celebratory text.
• Quantity: Mention the number of boxes required.
• Customization: Let us know if you prefer specific colors, gold foiling, or a particular finish (Matte/Gloss).

Step 3: Digital Mockup & Approval

Our design team will create a digital proof (mockup) of your customized box.

• We will send this to you for review via WhatsApp or Email.
• Review carefully: Check all spellings, dates, and design placements.
• We offer up to two rounds of revisions to ensure the design is perfect before it hits the press.

Step 4: Payment & Production

Once you approve the digital proof:

• A 50% advance payment is required to begin the printing process.
• Production typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and order volume.

Step 5: Quality Check & Delivery

Every box is inspected for print clarity and structural integrity.

• Shipping: We deliver across Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, and all major cities in Pakistan.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion or as per the agreed terms (COD/Bank Transfer).
